These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at absolutcyber.co.za (the “Website”), operated by Absolut Cyber Solutions (“Absolut Cyber”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected system or database
- probe, scan or test the Website for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code
- carry out denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfere with the Website’s operation
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content or personal information
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms, or use them to send spam
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your connection with any person or business
Unauthorised access to data and interference with computer systems are offences under the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020. We may report such conduct to the authorities.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us responsibly at info@absolutcyber.co.za rather than exploiting it.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Absolut Cyber name and “A” mark, designs, animations and code, belong to Absolut Cyber or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.
4. Information on the Website
The Website provides general information about our business and services. Service descriptions, product features, timelines and prices are indicative only and are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement exists only once we have issued a written proposal or quotation and it has been accepted in writing, on the basis of our Terms of Service. Products shown as “in development” may change or may not be released. See also our Disclaimer.
5. Enquiries and communications
When you contact us through the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Under section 22 of ECTA, a data message such as a form submission or email is treated as received when it enters our information system and can be retrieved by us. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party websites such as social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability and security
We work to keep the Website available, secure and free of harmful code, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own devices. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies, Absolut Cyber is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You indemnify Absolut Cyber against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
